Hello All :),

I have three user accounts on my pc now
but I need to add two more, everytime I try
to make a new user account, I get this error.

(The User Profile Service Failed The Logon.
User Profile Cannot Be Loaded.)

I'm using win 7 ultimate

And used an administrator account to create the new user profiles

I have three users now with no problems but everytime I try to
make another user account I get the same error above.

Thanks in advance!

Hello Franktheman7! It seems like you are encountering an issue while trying to create new user accounts on your Windows 7 Ultimate system. The error message you are receiving, "The User Profile Service Failed The Logon. User Profile Cannot Be Loaded," indicates an issue with user profile creation. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
  1. Check User Profile Service:
    • Ensure that the User Profile Service is running. You can check this by going to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. Look for "User Profile Service" and make sure it is set to "Automatic" and is running.
    []Check Disk Space:
    • Make sure that there is enough disk space available on the drive...

    ]Registry Edit:
    • You can try editing the Windows Registry to fix this issue. Here's how:
      • Warning: Editing the registry incorrectly can cause serious issues. Ensure you back up the registry before proceeding.
      • Press Windows Key + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
      • Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
      • Check for any keys with .bak at the end and remove the .bak extension from the key name.
[]Create User Account in Safe Mode:
    • Try creating a new user account in Safe Mode. To boot into Safe Mode, restart your computer and press F8 repeatedly during the boot process. Then select "Safe Mode" from the options. Once in Safe Mode, try creating the new user account.

    ]Check User Permissions:
    • Ensure that the user account you are using to create new profiles has the necessary permissions. It should be a member of the Administrators group.
    []System File Checker (SFC):
    • Run the System File Checker tool to scan for and repair corrupted system files. Open a Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command: sfc /scannow
    [
    ]Check Event Viewer:
    • Check the Event Viewer for any specific error messages related to the user profile creation failure. This may provide more detailed information on the cause of the issue. By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with creating new user accounts on your Windows 7 Ultimate system. If you encounter any specific errors or need further assistance, feel free to provide more details!
