Windows 7 No Wireless Bar or Wireless network connection

Please help!

Just installed windows 7 and have great access to ethernet connection, just no wireless.

here is my network adapter:
broadband 440x 10/100 integrated controller

Its says its driver is updated. But I show no wireless connections, but XP on the prior partition works perfectly.

Please help me find the wireless connection. Thanks

the driver read me says its only compatiable with Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Media Center EditionWindows XP Professional

it wouldn't let me install it properly,, grrrrrr, any ideas?
