Windows 7 Noob in need of HELP with BSOD ! please i don't know how to fix it

ok, my mother's laptop (Dell, XPS m140) one day just got the BSOD and i've been looking up different ways to fix it but they all want me to disable my video driver or something but i don't have the disc itself to restore it. i do however understand about safe mode, the minidump files *which i will upload in my thread so you can hopefully help as well* and i have the BlueScreenView program on there and it says caused by "ataport.SYS" and "ntkrnlpa.exe" please somebody help?View attachment my minidump.rar
