Not waking up from sleep mode

I have had this problem for some time. Don't remember if it was a problem with build 1803, but for sure since the beginning of build 1809.

I have the screen turning off after 30 minutes, sleep after 60 minutes, and no hibernate. Yet about a third of the time it will not come out of sleep. Sometimes my two screens just stay black, sometimes I get a cursor but nothing else. I have to hold the power-button down to shut it down... then a manually turn it back on.

I even went back to Windows 8.1 for about a week. It never had that problem. I dual-boot with PCLinuxOS-kde, and it doesn't have that problem either. When in the heck will they fix this...???

I would check if your bios has the latest update for Win 10 before anything else

From a command prompt run (make sure to keep the USERPROFILE and not replace it) powercfg /q > %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\powercfg.txt Upload the powercfg.txt file from your desktop.
