Windows 7 one more time Fallout 3

First my hardware is:
Asrock P45XE mobo
Ati HD4670 512mb grapf card
4gb ram
pioneer dvd writer
Samsung SyncMaster T220
Software:
Windows7 RC1 64bit, build 7100
ati driver version 9.8(latest)

So is it there any suggestions how to Install fallout 3?Or how to solve problems?
Some people says:fallout 3 works fine,and other people says it doesnt work.It is quite confusing....
But i have to say this:this win7rc1 works perfectly on my pc.Vista was living....

Are you saying that you were able to install and play Fallout 3 on Windows 7 and not Vista?
