Windows 7 one program altering another program

Ok, so basically my teamspeak 3 client is lowering my media player sound when someone is talking. I've spend 2 hours playing with TS3 settings but have not met any luck. So i was wondering is there any way I can not allow TS3 to mess with my media player? (somehow block access or something?)

Have you checked the settings if you right click the speaker icon and select playback devices, Communications tab....

You might also check the Volume Control Options. Perhaps putting the Media player on it own volume control will have some effect. In the Volume Mixer, you may be able to set its volume alone.
