Is anyone having problems with Outlook mail? I haven't received any new mail since May. I have already uninstalled the MS updates. I keep getting the message to log into IMAP account. Not sure what that means.

Solution
Uninstalling updates is not a good idea, your security goes also back to square one.
I think your Outlook profile got corrupted. Navigate to the Account section of Outlook, reenter your email password, and if that does not work, remove the account and reenter it.

Login to imap account would be the email account you used to set up outlook. Example - gmail, yahoo, iCloud, and more. It sounds like it’s needs you to sign in for permission.

Imap is the protocol/mechanisme used to synchronize the mail on your computer with the mail on the computer of your provider.
Log in on your account at your provider and see if you get more information.
Possibly you can use webmail of your provider to see the mails which left behind.
