Windows 7 Password Lost, Cannot Start in Safe Mode w/ Command Prompt

I have lost my windows 7 log in password, when i start my computer and press F8, and select Safe Mode with Command Prompt it still brings me to the log in screen. Is there a work around ? I do not have the disk or USB for this computer as it is quite old (2009).

No, you'll need either disc or bootable usb with a tool such as the nt offline password reset tool
