Windows 7 Please Help! BSOD...Zipped File as Requested!

I've zipped the file of minidumps as requested. Every once in a while, my computer will BSOD on me. No rhyme or reason, but I'd like to figure out why. I'm pretty technical, but I don't have Visual Studio to even try to troubleshoot and fix myself. Please let me know if there is anything else that you need to help me and any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Tracey

Hi Tracy,
both dump files posted contained the above information and it seems that your USB3 driver could be the culprit. I say could be as something could be causing the USB3 driver to crash but this will become clearer as we debug your system.

ViaHub3.sys Wed Jan 02 09:24:18 2013: VIA Labs VL800 & VL805 Superspeed USB Host Controller Driver. Your motherboard support page only has the same driver although a later version can be found on Via site here:
http://www.via-labs.com/en/support/downloads.jsp#hostdriver
Try either of the bottom two downloads on the page.

atikmdag.sys Wed Apr 20 02:53:29 2011: AMD Onboard graphics. Please update:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows 7 - 64

athrx.sys Thu Jun 14 09:23:09 2012: Atheros network adapter driver. Please update if possible:
http://www.atheros.cz/

avgidsha.sys Tue Jun 17 15:06:20 2014: AVG AV, if replacing the above USB3 driver doesn't help then try uninstalling AVG as it's known on occasion to cause the odd issue. Use MSE for the meantime as it's ultra stable:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

AppleCharger.sys Thu Oct 25 01:51:02 2012:GIGABYTE On/Off Charge driver. (Again if BSOD continues) May cause BSOD on Win7/8 systems - uninstall to test

Rt64win7.sys Tue Aug 23 14:55:41 2011: Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet please update:

Apart from keyboard and mouse is there anything else in particular you have connected via the USB 3 ports?

Post any new dump files
