Looking through an on-line User Guide, I think you are using the 'EpsonNet 10/100 Base Tx Int. Print Server' option.
And you need to power off/on before you can print. With power off/on you reset your printer and re-establish your network connection.
Maybe the following. Usually a TCPIP address is obtained from the modem/router in your network and the TCPIP address of your printer may change in time. But your computers may not be aware of that change.
Try what happens when you assign a fixed TCPIP address to your printer.
Make sure that the printer is set to using only the network...
