Windows 10 Printer vs Office

New printer issue, different printer:
I have an HP printer that has quit printing colored documents. If there is a picture inbedded it will print that just fine and it prints jpegs just fine. Documents that have colored shades on them comeout in gray scale. I have been through all the settings.

Windows 10
HP laserjet CP2025

Documents can have their own embedded print settings, so I would look at settings within a problematic document

Settings of the document? There are several. I was under the impression it was all Microsoft documents and excel sheets.
