Windows 8 problem in task manager

Hi all, I'm new here. Thank you for reading my post.
I have problem in task manager. I have toshiba satellite (i3 cpu and 6 gb ram) and win 8.1 system. When I turn on laptop nothing is run in system but my cpu is always on 70-80%, memory on 70% and disk is on 100% usage. The problem is while i nothing use.

have you checked Task manager to see whats running?

Here is screenshoot and I have scaned with kaspersky. Will i remove him ? what you thing about him, is he good?
an now is small better with cpu and ram

When I will creat new torrent, I have this problem.

Have you changed the Pagefile at all? If you have try setting it back to the default setting.

Torrents are well known for causing issues and I would at least try a different Torrent app if you want to use them.

There can be a number of reasons why your disk is thrashing. Try the solution offered on this page and see how you go. Windows will often show high RAM use and that is somewhat normal as many of your regularly used apps will be held in the memory for quicker access. This can look like your RAM is being overused but it is actually quite normal.
