Windows 7 Problem instaling Skype

Link Removed I have a problem, I am trying to reinstall Skype and get the folowing message. See jpg file. I have also tried removing Skype and also regedit to remove any Skype links. I am using Norton Internet Security. Any suggestions.

Have solved the problem. It was Norton. When I deactivated the firewall I got connection.
