Windows 8 Problem Installing Skype

I'm trying to install Skype not the on from the app store, but the one you download from the Skype website I click on the installer, click continue, select the language I want, click I agree-next, check the install Skype click to call then click next then next again them the installer tries to install Skype, but I get this message:

An error occurred while attempting to create the directory: C:/Users/Casey_000\AppData

Thanks for your help I had to install the portable version of Skype and Skype is working for me now.
