My laptop upgraded yesterday and each time I now get a message at startup "problem starting c:\Windows\system32\eed_ec.dll specified module could not be found"
How do I sort this out please?

Hi,
eed_ec.dll file is part of the Samsung printer driver known as the Samsung Easy Eco Driver.

Try running these scans and if they fail to help re-install the above driver:
File scans
Right click on the Start menu icon and from the revealed list choose 'admin command prompt'. Type:
sfc /scannow
press enter and await results

In the same command prompt and after the above scan has finished type:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Press enter and await results (longer this time).

If the first scan found files it could not repair but the second scan is successful, run the first scan again using the same command prompt box and this time it should repair the files found.

Thanks for the info. before I do the above, my Samsung printer does still work so do you think I still need to action as you suggest above, as I don't want to mess up my printer?
