Windows 7 Problem starting winjnl32.rom

At start up I am getting the following error message "Problem starting winjnl32.rom Cannot locate specified module".

Anyone know what to do about it?

To me off the top of my head it looks like a left over piece of spyware or virus, have you recently removed viruses and/or spyware from your system? I'd be willing to create a remote session with you and look at your problem if you'd like, I'm bored
