Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Update Network Drivers: Outdated or faulty network drivers can cause connectivity issues. Make sure your network drivers are up to date.
  2. Check VPN Settings: Ensure that the VPN settings are configured correctly. Check for any settings that might be causing the disconnection.
  3. Restart VPN Service: Restarting the VPN service can often resolve connectivity issues. You can do this by:
    • Pressing Windows Key + R to open the "Run" dialog.
    • Type services.msc and press Enter.
    • Locate your VPN service, right-click on it, and select "Restart."
[]Disable IPv6: Sometimes, IPv6 can cause issues with VPN connections. Try disabling IPv6:
    • Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center.
    • Click on your active network connection.
    • Uncheck the box next to "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" and click OK.
    [
]Check Firewall Settings: Ensure that your firewall is not blocking the VPN connection. Add an exception for the VPN application if needed. []Reset TCP/IP Stack: You can reset the TCP/IP stack to resolve network issues:
    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
    • Enter the following commands one by one:
      Code:
netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset
    [
]Run Network Troubleshooter: Windows has a built-in network troubleshooter that can help diagnose and fix common network problems. You can access it by:
    • Going to Control Panel > Troubleshooting > View all > Network Adapter.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Check for Malware: Malware can also disrupt network connections. Run a full system scan using your antivirus software to check for any malicious programs. Try these steps to see if they resolve your VPN connectivity issue on Windows 7. If the problem persists, please provide more details, and we can explore further solutions. Your English is great, by the way! If you need any more assistance, feel free to ask.
