Windows 8 Problem with reset

I've got an old windows 8 tablet that started running slow and restarting on its own a few days ago, so I did a full reset. The reset finished but now it's stuck on System Preparation Tool 3.14, I can't click ok or cancel or anything. I turned the tablet off and on a few times with the button but it always gets stuck there and it's been stuck for hours, is there a way to solve this or is it a tablets problem? Thanks
