problem: WLM 2009 Freeze the windows... {SOLVED}

hello every one...
i have just install Microsoft Windows 7 Beta one week ago and it's work fine...
today i download The Msn Messenger (Windows Live Messenger 2009)....
but permantly after i download it the windows is combletly stop (FREEZE)....
i restart it and after the windows start up.... it's freeze agine ( i did that about 7-10 times )
so i start up the safe mode and restore some point before i install WLM and it's back normal....
i install WLM Again and it's same....

so... any one have the answer???

i find the way to solve the problem.....

(you should do that before install windows live messenger)

Right click the desktop, select \"Change Resolution\", click on the \"Advanced settings\" link, go to Troubleshoot tab, click \"Change settings\" button, move the slider left to the third notch and click OK.
