I've downloaded windows 7 b1 from Technet, I didn't burn it, instead, I used Daemon to run setup.exe. It was all OK before Expand File. When it copied all the file, it jumped out a message like this:
"Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070061"
I've search 0x80070061 through google but nothing found.
What should I do???

Um, burn it and try it that way?
Windows 7 doesn't really support ISO loaders at this time, so it might be a conflict there.

I agree with Kyle here, burn the ISO and do a clean install if your able to or upgrade if you have to for whatever reason.. I have found personally and from other peoples reports though that a clean install is a much better way to go.. you'll end up with fewer issues in the end that way and it takes less time to complete.. ;)
