win7 how to lift the ban on the use to unlock the taskbar? ? ? I would like to permanently fixed in the task bar! Otherwise, do not care to unlock a ,

Be able to modify the registry can not be removed, "this program from the task bar to unlock," This?

This is not exactly the same but similar problem. I can't lock/unlock the taskbar. This change happaned a week ago. I still can pin/unpin icons. Anybody knows any solution for this problem? Thank you very much. Laci.
