Windows 7 PunkBuster x64 fixed?

So I have the x64 7100 iso, bout to do a fresh install. Has anybody tested the COD4 PB kick thing to see if it still kicks you?

Or if anyone has any new information on how to fix this, or if Evenbalance has said they will support the RC or not and release an update? This is still the only thorne in the side of Windows 7 for me.

Nothing so far. Probably won't be until the final version comes out.
