Windows 7 Ramdom Bluescreen Please Help

hi, i recently got a bluescreen of death on my new pc but i dont know anything about blue screens
and i am a little afraind that it damages my computer and i need help, to know how to deal with this.

BTW i save the mini dump, i dont know how to read it

Hi,
either a driver or hardware error caused part of windows to crash. Unfortunately with only one dump file finding the culprit is a little harder so if you have any more dump files please send them in. If your overclocking please return to default values until we find the culprit.

BiosReleaseDate = 07/16/2013
There has been several updates since the above release and most are to do with stability. Please follow the instructions, make double sure I have the correct motherboard and update the bios:

Find command prompt in the start menu right click on it and choose run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

Post any new dump files.
 
btw i dont mention, that the bsod happen while i have my cod black ops 1 open with the steam in game browser, and suddenly the bsod happen it was the first time i have one bsod in my new pc, so i just have that minidump.
 
Ok.. no problem just see how you go making the above changes.
