Windows 7 Random BSODs after getting a new modem

hey everyone, i'm getting a lot of BSODs (5 today) after getting a new modem.
i only had 1 BSOD before bacause windows downloaded a damaged update so i don't really know what to do in these situations, really hope you can help me and if you need more informations just ask ;)

Hi,
although the dmp file say's memory corruption it's probably a driver causing it but we'll see:

BiosVersion = 1502
BiosReleaseDate = 03/02/2011

Please update NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 and earlier versions):

If after updating the above your still seeing bsod please download and run memtest86:
http://www.memtest.org/

Post any new dmp files.
 
ok i updated everything, let's hope to not get any more BSODs :p

here are the dmp files after the updates to check if everything's normal

Heh, Dmp files are only created when a bsod occurs. If you get one after the updates that's the one to send.
 
oh now i get it xD well, let's hope i don't have to post any more dmp files then xD thanks for the help ;)
