Without the reports from the first post here, we may never solve your problem: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html
Just download and run the tool, and save the reports as it indicates.

3 of the memory dumps blame GUCI_AVS.sys - which is most likely associated with a webcam or mouse from PixArt Imaging. Un-install the current software, then download/install a fresh copy of the latest Win7 compatible version.

HotSpotShield is also known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems. Un-install it.

Numerous older drivers are mentioned in the list below - anything 2009 and older is suspect with Win7 systems. Update them all.

Anti-virus dates from 2010 - you must remove it and get the latest available release.

Video drivers date from Jun 2011 - they need updating also.

Awesome reply usama. Im updating the drivers using a free ware driver update tool that only allows 2 drivers to be updated every day :(. But I will get back to you after Im done updating all the drivers along with the new reports.
P.S. I had already uninstalled HotSpot Shield and PixArt Imaging before the BSOD's began to occur. Weird.

What's the name of the driver update tool? We've seen some issues with them in the past.

I recommend using the links that I've provided and updating the drivers manually. It's much more reliable and you'll be sure that you have the latest version (instead of relying on the updater's decision as to what's updated/not updated).

BSOD's are frequently the result of several different things that are conflicting inside the system. We try to isolate the most common conflicts and suggest removing them. That usually solves things, but it's not a 100% solution.
