Windows 7 Random BSOD's -- need help

Hi guys--

I've been getting random BSOD's and it's been getting really annoying to deal with. Each BSOD includes:
[h=1]0x0000003B (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION) -- win32k.sys[/h]I haven't changed or added new hardware to my system, but my mouse (Logitech MX518) has been acting a little funky lately. It randomly moves at times, and I'm beginning to think it may be a driver error or something. I've attached the dump files.

Thanks, everyone!

Late for work, this'll be quick!

The reports aren't complete, please rerun the data collection program again and let it run for at least 15 minutes (or until the app itself says it's done). Instructions are here: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized. At least one of the memory dumps points to hardware (?overclock?)

MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys). Please un-install it immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

John, thanks for all your help. But when I was trying to fix my PC for the BSOD today, my PC randomly crashed and it now leads me to a black screen with no POST, diagnostic beeps, or motherboard options. I'm starting to guess that it may be a hardware issue. Can anyone help?

Thanks.

Update: Removed all my PC components except for mouse + keyboard. Re-inserted starting from the RAM, video card, HDD, and then optical drive. Seems to boot fine now.

Also, I can't seem to upload the completed dump files through the attachment manager. I have uploaded the file to mediafire:

Please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.

Alcohol 120% is installed, please follow these directions to remove it:

Please be sure to remove the overclock while we're troubleshooting. There are Live Kernel Events in the WER section of MSINFO32 - so there's a possibility of hardware problems that could be caused by the overclock. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has proven stable again.
