Windows 7 Random BSODS on new system

So, I have a frustrating cycle of random BSODS on my brand new system. I have attached the files that are required per the rules here (hopefully I did that right), and could use some expert help. I believe I have all of my drivers updated, I have the latest BIOS from the manufacturer, and have run memtest86, chkdsk /r and /f on the primary boot drive. Temps are fine, and I am not overclocking (BIOS set to defaults except I turned off deep sleep).

Weirdly sometimes, I do not even get a BSOD, the computer either locks up shortly after boot, or it locks up after a while when idling. Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated. If I need to provide more information, please let me know and I appologize in advance for not having done so.

So I pulled one of the two sticks of ram in my system just to see what happened. I have now been running stable all night without any issues or BSODS. Not sure if that is the problem, but I have new ram on order to see if that will fix the issues.

So I ended up buying some G.Skill Ripjaws (2x4gb) and the system has been humming along overclocked at 4.6ghz for a few days with NO problems. Stupid HyperX RAM.
