Windows 8 Random Crashes system_thread_exception_not_handled

Hey

Since upgrading to Windows 8 my laptops keeps crashing, it did it continuously when i first upgraded for half an hour. And then stopped and all seemed ok. Then on the odd occasion. But, since the new update about a week ago, its getting so much worse. Everytime on system start up, when i plug my laptop in to charge, basically with most applications it will crash with the system_thread_exceptsion_not_handled. Its proving incredibly frustrating and I don't want to wipe my machine.

I noticed other people uploaded files to go with this error containing a log on the issue. Could someone let me know exactly what file and where it is?

Any help to fix this is greatly appreciated.

Check Windows Update for more updates

Dell Accelerometer driver not installed (aka the Drop Sensor). Please visit the Dell website to download it. Then install it using compatibility mode.

AVG 2011 has known issues with Windows 8. Please uninstall it - then download and install the latest version.
Once it's installed, update it immediately - then perform a full system scan to ensure that nothing has snuck through.

All of the memory dumps blame your ATI video drivers. Please follow these instructions to replace them: Link Removed
If that doesn't fix them, then we have to start wondering about incompatibilities and broken hardware
In particular I wonder about your webcam drivers (which date from 2009).
