I dont get any errormessages, nothing. The computer just starts normally again, and I'm getting no info what so ever. I have had the same problem before, with windows xp, but there atleast I got a bluescreen so I found out what was wrong, and sent my computer to service, changing my memorystick which was disfunctional.

Would appreaciate any help I can get (sorry about bad english).

Random reboots can be frustrating, especially when they interrupt your activities. To diagnose the issue causing these random restarts without any error messages, we can follow a systematic approach to troubleshoot the problem. Below are some steps you can take to identify the root cause of the random reboots:

Step 1: Check Event Viewer

  1. Open Event Viewer: Press Windows Key + X and select "Event Viewer."
  2. Navigate to System Logs: Look for critical errors or warnings around the times of the reboot. This may provide more information on what's causing the reboots.

    Step 2: Check for Overheating

  3. Monitor System Temperature: Use software like "HWMonitor" to check your system's temperature...

    Step 2: Check for Overheating

  3. Monitor System Temperature: Use software like "HWMonitor" to check your system's temperature. Overheating can lead to random reboots.
  4. Clean Dust: Ensure your computer's fans and vents are clean to prevent overheating.

Step 3: Test RAM and Hardware

  5. Run Memory Diagnostic Tool: Search for "Windows Memory Diagnostic" in the Start menu and run the tool to check for memory issues.
  6. Check Hardware Connections: Ensure all hardware components are properly connected.

Step 4: Update Drivers and Windows

  7. Update Drivers: Go to Device Manager, right-click on devices, and select "Update driver."
  8. Windows Updates: Make sure your system is up to date with the latest Windows updates.

    Step 5: Disable Automatic Restart

  9. Disable Automatic Restart: Right-click on "This PC," select "Properties" > "Advanced system settings" > "Startup and Recovery," and uncheck the box for "Automatic Restart."

    Step 6: Check for Malware

  10. Scan for Malware: Use Windows Defender or a third-party antivirus to scan for malware.

Step 7: Stress Test Your System

  11. Use Stress Testing Tools: Tools like Prime95 or FurMark can help stress test your CPU and GPU to identify instability.

    Step 8: Check Power Supply

  12. Inspect Power Supply: Ensure your power supply is functioning correctly and providing adequate power. After going through these steps, you should have a better idea of what could be causing the random reboots. If you pinpoint a specific issue or need further assistance, feel free to provide more details for a more targeted solution.
