Windows 10 Recommendations for Software to Burn DVDs, Convert Audio, and Rip CDs with CDDB Support

i'm shopping for some (a suite) software that will:

1. burn video dvds
2. convert audio
3. rip cds (with cddb support)

i tried cyberlink media. failed miserably.
anyone know of anything else?
