Windows 7 Remove Control Panel From Windows Explorer Address Bar Drop Down

Is there a way to remove the Control Panel icon from the drop-down in the Windows Explorer address bar? (See image below)

While I'm at it, I wouldn't mind removing Libraries and Network either

You can remove them:

That works for Libraries and Network, but not Control Panel.
