Is there any way to remove or hide the vertical line in right-click context menu under Aero theme for Win7?

Short answer,
No.
AFAIK, the forms and their design and layout, including horizontal and vertical spacers, that you are presented with by these dynamic right click context menus are hard coded into the OS. While you can add items to these menus by various means I don't believe you can actually adjust or change the forms layout.
