Windows 7 Resolving Hyperlink Activation Issues in Outlook for Admin Users

although signed in as administrator, when retrieving email via outlook I am unable to activate hyperlinks the following message appears:-

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. please contact your system administrator"

Any advice on where this can be unlocked please

Outlook hyperlink don't work, everytime I try to open one in outlook I get this error,

This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

Please help us, TIA
