Run As Administrator

I downloaded Triple Play 2001 for (PC) and when I tried to open/launch the the game, I got a Run As a Administrator message. What do I have to do to play this game? I am running windows 10/ 1TB with 16GB Memory. Thank You..............Larry

This may sound obvious, but did you right-click on the icon and click "Run As Administrator"?

Thanks for reply and yes I right clicked as administrator but I still could not open game. I had no problem downloading the game.
