Windows 7 See all Files & Folders?

In Vista "Windows Explorer" had an option to allow you to "see" all folders/files.... Where is that option in Win7? I would like to make the"AppData" folder in "Users" visible...

Control panel > Folder options > View tab > Show hidden files...

Personally I have the AppData under favorites in the navigation pane.
