There is a slightly easier way. Blackviper has been kind enough to anticipate this problem and has prepared different .reg files for each occasion.
Go to this page: Link Removed
Scroll down to Default Windows 7 Services Start Key.
Select your appropriate OS and save the file to your computer. Run the .reg, and it will return your registry to the original default services configuration.
