Windows 7 Share laptop internet to mobile devices

I have a windows 7 [FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]Dell [/FONT][FONT=inherit !important]laptop[/FONT][/FONT] and using USB modem for internet.

I would like turn my laptop as wifi router so that i can share the internet to my mobile devices.

Also, I heard that we can share the internet via that intel my wifi technology too.

Can somebody guide a way to achieve this?
