I have windows 7 on both the laptop and desktop and both are connected using homegroup. I want to be able to share the same Microsoft Works Calendar so if either of us makes an entry it is shown on both calendars. Can anyone help me please? Works is installed on both computers.

Thank you for your time.

    ]Access the Shared Calendar File:
    • Open Microsoft Works Calendar on both devices.
    • Use the "Open" or "Import" function in Works Calendar to access the shared calendar file from the network location.
    • Every time you make changes or entries on the calendar, it will be reflected on both devices since they are sharing the same file.
  2. Ensure Network Sharing is Enabled:
    • Make sure that both your laptop and desktop are connected to the same homegroup network.
    • Check that network discovery and file sharing are turned on. By following these steps, you should be able to share and synchronize your Microsoft Works Calendar between your Windows 7 laptop and desktop seamlessly. This approach allows both devices to access and update the same calendar file stored on the shared network location. If you encounter any issues during the setup, feel free to provide more details so I can assist you further.
