I need some help and i cant seem to find the problem. Occasionally my shift key will act like it held down (caps lock is off) and typing is like im holding the shift key down, numbers will do their alternative symbols ( for example !@#$%^&*() and clicking on a pinned button on windows task bar wont select the program if it is open instead it will open another. (only way to explain is hold shift down and try using windows for your self)

I have tried a different keyboard, sticky keys is off (and all other key related ease of access thingies) , and i cannot find what could be causing this. This happens randomly and the only fix i have is a quick fix and that's to restart the computer. This issue has caused many problems and i cannot find out what is the cause is. Google has shown many similar issues but no perma-fixes. Any help?

    ]Boot into Safe Mode:
    • Restart your computer and boot into Safe Mode. This can help determine if the issue is caused by a third-party software or driver interfering with the keyboard functions.
    []Disable Accessibility Features:
