Windows 10 Shortcut key locations

Where are the key combinations you assign for a shortcut to start a program stored? For instance if I go to the properties of a program icon and assign Ctrl-Alt-S as a shortcut, where in the registry is it stored? I have one, and only one program the shortcut key stopped working. If I try to reassign it to the shortcut icon the program starts as soon as I click apply to the key combination but once I close out the properties it doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling the program with Revo Uinstaller and deleted the program registry entries and then reinstalled and it still does the same thing.
