Windows 7 Sound goes on every restart.

I am getting sound problem in windows 7.

On every start i have to install sound driver if i want to hear sound.

After installation of sound driver i can hear sound with no problem. But when i shut down the computer and start again after some time sound goes away.

How to fix this problem??

My PC Configuration :

Model : ASUSTek K8V- VM

Processor : AMD Sempron
