Windows 7 Startup Repair after Bad Shut Down

Hey, I shut down my laptop earlier by pressing the power button while booting. I had a total lapse in judgement, and just did something stupid. Regardless, I powered on the laptop and it said that the system failed to start previously. It recommended running Startup Repair. I figured why not, as I know I didn't probably do any damage. After about thirty minutes, it said it was still looking for something to fix. So, I shut down my laptop with the power button again. This time, it booted perfect without any problems. From what I'm reading, the startup repair is pretty glitchy? Should I be fine now, considering I have booted about six more times with no problem?
