Windows 7 startup

i want to have windows media center startup automatically when entering a certain user account. the problem when i set this up by moving the windows media center icon into the startup folder i found that all accounts had windows media center set to startup. how can i get it for only the one account to startup?

I would remove it from the startup folder under all programs and put the shortcut in:

C:\Users\[the user you want the program to load for]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

that should do the trick.
