Windows 7 Streaming Video Freezes

hey everyone just recently i upgraded to windows 7 via a website download

that comes free because i am enrolled in a certain university. And a couple days

ago my video streaming went wonky on me and decided to only play my videos

when i moved my mouse around. Then when the mouse is still, the video stops

loading. I am not sure if this is a windows 7 thing or just some general problem

but i would like to know how to fix it so any help will be appreciated.
