MikeHawthorne Essential Member Microsoft Community Contributor Oct 7, 2014 #2 Hi This is a problem that goes way back, at least to Windows XP. It usually has to do with Windows Updates. But before you get into that run Malwarebytes and make sure you don't have any viruses etc. Go to Windows Updates and turn off automatic updates and then reboot, see if the problem goes away.
