Hey Guys,

We're testing windows 7 with sage 200 and everything seems to work fine apart from one tiny little problem!

When we're printing invoices or quotes sage crashes out, we always print to pdf so we can email the documents to our customers so at first i thought i should try printing to something else to see if it was an adobe problem but csv (exel), .txt and .html also crash out sage determining that it is a sage issue and not adobe.

I then tried the same process in compatability modes for vista and xp as these are operating systems that sage supports but to no avail.

I also tried turning off UAC to see if that was having any effect on the running of sage but again it dosent matter whether it's on or off sage still crashes at this point.

Running it in administrator mode also has no change to sage crashing either.

After looking at the event logs it seems to be a problem with the .net framework

.NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.4927 - Fatal Execution Engine Error (6F50851A) (80131506)

Thanks for any light that you can shed on the matter!!!

Run Sage in Compatibility Mode: Even though you mentioned trying compatibility modes for Vista and XP, you can also try different combinations of compatibility modes or run Sage in compatibility mode for older versions of Windows. 7. Check Event Logs: Continuously monitor the event logs for any new errors or warnings related to Sage 200 to gather more information about the crashes. 8. Contact Sage Support: If the issue persists after trying these steps, it might be beneficial to reach out to Sage support for further assistance. They may have specific solutions for Sage 200 compatibility with Windows 7 and the .NET Framework.
