hiya sualsalmi and welcome :)

I can't see anything obvious as debugger states POOL_CORRUPTION_IN_FILE_AREA bugcheck 0xde in two of your .dmp files and SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bugcheck 0x7e in the third blaming the NT kernel each time ?

I notice your Realtek driver
Rt64win7.sys fffff880`10b31000 fffff880`10b63000 0x00032000 0x49a65b0d 26/02/2009 10:04:13
is old and i am confident there will be a 2010 version available for your machine ?

an other thing to do is check your hard drives for errors either run chkdsk or goto your drives manufacturer website and download and run they're specific disk checking tool ?

also can you tell us what is your power supply and any other system spec like motherboard etc

have you updated your bios ?

also please tell us what antivirus and or third party firewall are you using ?

let us know how you get on

Hi ickymay,

I really appreciate your reply.

So can I say that the problem is not related to the hardware? Or what?

And regarding the .dmp files; can you please tell me what does it mean (blaming the NT kernel each time ?)

And I will update my Realtek driver. I found a new one. thanks :)

And these are my machine details:
CPU: Intel core 2 Quad Q9550
Matherboard : Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3LR (rev. 1.1)
Display: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
RAM: 2X Super Talent DDR3-1333 2GB/128x8 - W1333UB2GV
HD: Western Digital 1TB 3.5" WD10EADS
Power supply: Coolmax power supply RM-850B 850W
OS: Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate

And I am using Microsoft security essentials as antivirus and no firewall.

Thanks a lot :)

debugger blaming the NTkernel is not very helpful as kernel errors would give you a lot more trouble than you currently have :(

there could be a hardware problem which is why it is a good idea to run a disk checking tool for your hard drive ?

When problem solving I always find a simple progression is the best way, and not changing too many variables at the same time is advisable especially where we haven't got many clues to go on ?

what was the answer to current BIOS version ?

I suggest do the disk check and post back here anymore .dmp files if the network driver hasn't fixed it

Thanks for the explanation.

I checked my hard drive by Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool (here) using extended test option and it tasks around three hours then the result is good without any error detected.

And I just finished updating BIOS version to the newest one. I was using old version (2009).
Network driver have been updated too.

Till now, my system seems to be stable and it is running fine. So no .dmp files found except which I have already attached.

THANKS:)
