The 1.1 Discovery Update has arrived for Minecraft

The 1.1 Discovery Update for “Minecraft” – the first big update of the year – has launched on Bedrock Engine platforms (Windows 10, the Pocket Edition and virtual reality). It includes the Minecraft Marketplace, which gives you access to a growing catalog of fun, community-made content safely and simply – while also providing Minecraft creators another way to make a living from the game.You’ll find six worlds, two survival spawns, two texture packs and four skin packs. Worlds often completely remake how Minecraft works, bringing in their own storylines, custom objectives, all-new textures, mini-games, re-designed mobs and more. “Adventure Time” skin pack rolling out for Minecraft on Xbox, coming soon to Pocket Edition and Windows 10 Edition

Finn, Jake, Ice King, Marceline, Princess Bubblegum and more of your favorite characters from the “Adventure Time” animated series are arriving on Minecraft for Xbox, and will soon be available for “Minecraft: Pocket Edition” and “Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition.” The entire land of Ooo takes over your Minecraft world. You can take Fionna and Cake on a tour of the Candy Kingdom, fight the Ice King in the Ice Kingdom, take a trip with Flame Princess to the Fire Kingdom, and much more.
