Windows 7 Troubleshooting d3x9_35.dll Error During Petz Game Uninstallation

It says
The program can't start because d3x9_35.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem


I think i uninstall it before but i think it did not uninstall completely or something

If you are trying to start the program after you have uninstalled it, the appearance is the shortcut to start it has not been yet removed.

It is always hard to tell what an uninstaller actually does, but can you just right click the shortcut and delete?
