thanks i think this hasd fixed my problems, so if anyone else is getting these problems just go to your device manager and go through each one, and try and update them all. it worked for me.

You are much welcome. : )
One way to update is through the device manager, fine if it worked in this case. However, a better method is to download drivers from the support sites, as the device manager doesn't always update with the right drivers.
ASUS Probe is notorious for stability issues, telling you this from my own experience with it, so I'm not sure you can update it with the device manager. If it causes any problems, update it too.

Uninstall your version of MSI Afterburner or similar to remove this very old driver:
RTCore64 RTCore64.sys Wed May 25 02:39:12 2005
After the reboot, delete this entire folder if still there:
E:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\
------------
Navigate to C:\Windows\SysWow64\drivers or E:\Windows\SysWow64\drivers (whichever is relevant) and delete
AsUpIO.sys
Reboot and run Ccleaner to clean the registry.
----------
Then, must update the wireless driver from the manufacturer's site:
jswpslwfx jswpslwfx.sys Mon Apr 28 19:59:25 2008

ok thanks, hopefully this will work
It will fix it for sure. The only way it won't is if you have defective RAM. So, keep your fingers crossed that it will. Those drivers I mentioned that needed update or removal will absolutely cause the 0x3b memory errors you're getting.
So as I said, it will fix it or you have bad RAM, 100% either/or.
Old wireless drivers are quite notorious for this.

do you think i should uninstall the wireless software first as well?
Not necessary at all, but you can if you want to remove all the software and then only install the new driver by using the device manager.
It doesn't really matter either way, as long as you run the installer from D-Link's site.

well you can't download just a driver from d-links website as it only comes as a software and driver package, but it has a driver folder within the setup folder of this download. but the problem is it doesn't have any specific 64-bit driver and just has win7 and vista drivers.

Yeah, the 220 version is fine on that link.
What you want to do to make sure it's installed well is to extract it to a separate folder. Then go in device manager and right click on the wireless adapter. Choose update software. Browse. Let me pick. Have disk. Browse.
Now find and double click on the netathrx.inf in the Windows 7 extracted folder. Hit ok then hit next and it will install.
